Please note: To register for the Clinical Partnerships Forum, please fill in your contact details and click through options until, under Functions, you can select attendance at the Forum. This is at no cost but you must register to attend.

*Delegates attending the Career Session only, will not have access to the above entitlements, however they have access into the exhibition area on Saturday between 1pm - 6pm.

  • All Registration Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax.
  • All Registration Fees (Excluding Student, ACRP Member and Careers) include a 6 month membership to the ACRP.

Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Diners Club not accepted)
  • Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: CRX07
  • Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to CRX07. Please fax a copy to +61 2 9251 3552
  • Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax Invoice if requested. Please fax transfer receipt to +61 2 9251 3552

Cancellation of Registration

Deadline: Friday 22 July 2007
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 22 July 2007 will receive a refund less a AUD100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 22 July 2007 will not receive a refund. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application however, substitute delegates will be accepted.
